Discover Adventure with Glades Runner

Aid Stations and Water Stops

Five (5) aid stations and one (1) water-only stop will be in place on the race route. Two of the aid stations, at mile 7.5 and mile 12 in Shark Valley, will serve all runners except for the 5K. Water, sports drink, ice, electrolytes, “runner food” and other items (such as sunblock) will be offered.

Three additional aid stations will serve 50-kilometer runners. The first of these will be at the Village, outside, as runners arrive and continue moving west. The remaining two will be set-up on Loop Road: at mile 20, just after the turn onto Loop Road and at the 50K turnaround at mile 24.5.  Each of these will offer water, sports drink, soft drinks, ice, “runner food”, fruit and possibly additional food items, and more.

In addition, a water-only stop will be set-up in Shark Valley at the 5K turnaround and will be accessible to all runners.
