Run Through Nature’s Masterpiece.
Run Through Nature’s Masterpiece.
On March 15, 2025, the Miccosukee Glades Runner Ultra will present you with a unique opportunity to run to-and-from the Miccosukee Indian Village on the iconic Everglades National Park “Shark Valley” loop. You will be running 5-kilometers or 16.5-miles or 50k or 50-miles, all on pavement, while surrounded by the mystery and magic of the Florida Everglades, hosted by the Miccosukee Tribe. Bring the family: there will be lots to do in and around the Village on race day.
Each race distance will be supported by a combination of fully stocked aid stations and water stops, with on-course support from race monitors and tribal police. Ultramarathoners will be running along sections of Loop Road, too! At every distance, you will have plenty of time to complete your race and receive a beautiful Miccosukee Glades Runner finisher’s medal. With a unique race shirt, runner goodie bag and food at the finish, plus an alligator show and much more, your only question will be what the race date will be in 2026 so you can come back for more!
This website includes everything you need to know—and a link to register. Course descriptions and maps, the complete day’s schedule, race rules, aid station and drop bag details and a discount offer for hotel rooms at the Miccosukee Resort & Casino are all here. Volunteer information, too. Please read it all. See you in the Village on March 15!
